Wow, Tim did 7 projects for us, porch redo (composite handrails & pvc trim), carport fix up, drywall work and gutter covers. Alll work was of excellent quality and very fair pricing. We would highly recommend Tim. Heâ s on our list for additional projects.

With contractors it’s a big plus if you find one that calls you back, arrives when they say they will arrive, and does quality work at a fair price. Tim met all those expectations and did a great job on our wainscoting and trim work. Pleasant demeanor, easy communication, and quality work with clean up afterwards. Would recommend and hire again.

Garage Door Opener - Install or Replace
Right from the start Tim came to the house when he said he would to quote the job.Within 24 hrs the job was quoted and called back to start the job. He told me he would do the job in 3 days and even gave me a start time. He arrived when he said with all materials and completed the job in time he said it would take. Very professional,on time, and reliable. Does a very good job,I will be in touch with Tim again for any other projects around our home. I highly recommend TJD for your home construction needs.

Carpentry Framing - Install
I contacted Tim to install a set of attic pull down stairs on Monday. The cost quoted was $300 including the materials. He came this am and the first thing he did was put down a bunch of tarps. He was here at 9am as promised and left at 12:30. Job was finished and looks great. Gave him $350 as his work was worth it.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Tim from TJD Home Construction was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job on my deck project and even gave me some very helpful advice for another project that I was trying to tackle. In addition, Tim noticed a missing piece of aluminum where my deck connected to my house and fixed that too so that it wouldn't cause me any problems. I would highly recommend using TJD Home Construction for your next project. I know I will.
