"Matt immediately contacted me once I asked for a quote. The bathroom tub drain pipe burst and water would drip in the apartment below when the bathroom tub faucet was turned on. Matt came out the very next day to look at it. He measured where he had to open up the floors [in this case] the ceiling in the apartment below and was spot on. He knew exactly where the pipe was and didn't need to make any unnecessary holes. He came back with his guys and fixed the pipe. He also gave me a new spout, drain cover, and silicone finish. Then, believe it or not, as soon as this job was done, the very next day our water heater's pipe burst and water went everyone, flooding the boiler room. I called Matt. He came by the same day to take a look. He came back the next day with a new water heater and replaced it. Not only were Matt and his team professional, but they lived up to their name "On Time". Matt was never late for the jobs. If any complaint I have, it would be that he came, not on time, but too early, which is not a bad thing. So can it really be called a complaint? He is very hands on with communication [phone and text] and upfront with what the problem is and how to handle it. I have Matt's cell number stored in my phone because I found our new plumber!"

"They installed a minisplit cooling system, with 3 exchanges June 2021. Since then it is not operating the way it should. In my bedroom with the door closed at night on cool at 70 degrees the humidity goes up to 80%. I wake up uncomfortable, change it from cool to dry mode. The humidity will go down into the 50% range but the temperature drops down to 62 or less! So in cool or dry mode I can't get a good nights sleep! They come and look at it and tell me everything is fine. I'm going to buy a window air conditioner tomorrow which seems insane because i spent $10,000 on this minisplit AC system!"

"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. They admitted to the extensive damage and went weeks before attempting to repair it. The services were never fully completed and they were paid over 90% of the job. I disputed the last 10% and provided overwhelming evidence of their negligence. And after a year their last ditch effort was to send collections letters. Don't walk, RUN from this company. I will provide pics and my my experience to anyone who is planning on using this company. Used to be family owned and was amazing. Second they sold it went downhill fast."
