"Turnaround was very quick. He did a free quote and installed a new water boiler within two days. He was able to answer technical questions and explain exactly what was wrong in terms I could verify. He also broke down the invoices so I make pay with multiple credit cards. He places a sticker on the boiler with his contact info incase there is ever an issue with the boiler. He also cleaned up after himself and helped me reorganize the boiler room after the installation as I also use it for storage space.
