"I called Bobking Construction because tiles were â droppingâ off in the bathroom on a rental apartment due to water entering through grouting holes. After removing a number of tiles and backing board, I discovered the bottom framing on the window sill was wet and decided it may involve more than I was prepared to do. So I called Bobbie Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and added that my tenant will return from vacation Monday evening. If he wasnâ t able to accommodate me on such short notice, Iâ d understand and would make the repairs as best I could. He asked for photos, which I sent and he said heâ ll call in the morning. Sure enough, he called Sunday 9am morning and then 2 hours later showed up with Giovanni, a family man and very experienced at his trade. They assessed the damage, agreed on a course of action and started work immediately. Work was completed before 5pm and the tile job looks fantastic. "This is a review for the 4th and 5th job done for us by Nunez Construction and as usual... OUTSTANDING. Their team is professional, polite and hardworking to make sure the job is done to exceed our standards. Last year we had our 10'x20' flat garage roof removed and converted to a gabled room. The flat roof became a maintenance nightmare and we had it converted. They also replaced the gutter system on the garage and painted the garage door. This year, the Nunez crew completely removed our concrete driveway, re-sloped and replaced the concrete. In addition they removed a rusty, broken fence and replaced it. Great job as usual. Getting on their calendar for our 2020 jobs!"
