Angelo and team came and gave me an estimate and worked with my expeditor, department of buildings and ConEd, both administratively and on-site, to get the work completed. The bureaucracy involved made this a frustrating and time consuming project, but Tina and Angelo stuck with us to align all the players, work orders, regulations etc. to successfully complete the work. I trusted Tina's guidance throughout the process and Angelo went to bat for us with ConEd and DOB inspectors - and their work was excellent too.
