"We hired Abdul, of RRS Builders, to take over a stalled deck construction and installation project from a previous contractor who had disappeared with our money. We had a hard time finding someone to take over the partially-started, messy job, requiring many corrections. We found RRS through the subcontractor who had fabricated the frame of the deck, and had also been robbed by the first contractor. Before signing a contract, we thoroughly researched RRS and Abdul through a private investigator, who found no problems. Abdul corrected all of the first contractor's mistakes and built us a beautiful deck in just a couple weeks. His crew was reliable, meticulous, and respectful and his pricing was reasonable. DOB immediately approved the deck on our land marked building without any issues. We would love to work with Abdul again and will go to RRS immediately with any future jobs."

"Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. His quote was very reasonable and I didn't hesitate to give Handymack Services the work. Mack and his team were on time, got right to work, and I was truly amazed at all that got accomplished while I was at work. When I got home, Mack took the time to explain what remained to be done and his schedule for finishing the project. Mack's work is quality and he stated more than once that he wanted to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I am way beyond happy because I have never contracted with anyone who has been as thorough, nor who worked as quickly as Mack. My porch looks great, my siding is no longer bowed out, and the pressure washing made my twelve year old siding look new. I was so impressed I immediately hired him to repair a door frame, stain my back deck, and replace warped deck boards. "The team from Precision did an incredible job! They did everything from exterior deck work (repairs, replacement of rotted wood and new sealing stain), to gutting our bathrooms and kitchen for a brand new look, to installing amazing new hardwood floors (perfectly!) to fixing all the small cracks in our plaster walls, before repainting them! But AIB came in on 6/12 and finished before father's day (finished 6/15). Repaired deck footing, reattached to building, welding, sander, painted top and bottom of 2nd floor deck.
