Missing Link Contracting

Should take them to court. Still fixing things from 2023. Latest is toilet leaking. Not a simple wax ring replacement. Gaps and wrong screws. Tommy is a horrible person taking advantage of seniors.

Its been about 3 years since they ripped me off....And I still have multiple issues from their Shabby work....Just this week a ceiling fan they installed almost fell from the ceiling..they only used one screw to hold it.. they screwed up so many things. The worst is their lack of electric items, I'm talking about basic wall Sockets...they charged me top dollar and used dollar store parts..that almost burned my house down....they said everything was guaranteed...I called them 2 days later, they ignored my calls....Once they got paid they disappeared...unethical Jerks....I just replaced the bathroom rocker switch.. a i.59 part that they used... Not recommended they screwed me big time.....been paying other Professionals for the last 3 years to fix what those clowns diid I could ho on....they

Terrible, unprofessional work on my bathroom renovation. Bad paint job, floor tiles coming up, unfinished molding, no door saddle, everything is not level. He did not do all that was in the contract. Very rude.

We hired Missing Link to fix a peeling ceiling, add a chandelier with a dimming light switch, and change the brown shag carpet in our upstairs bedrooms to wooden floors. We were very happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Will hire again and will recommend to friends.

Tommy was great! We have had MANY contractors of all types flake out on us in the past year so Tommy's consistency and communication was surprisingly refreshing. He followed up on things like scheduling and pricing *when he said he would,* kept us in the loop as to the project progressed and worked with us within our budget. Just friggen hire him, you goober.

Buyer beware Tommy was unprofessional he was late,he wanted to work on the weekends and at night I felt that he treated the project I had like a side job, and when I ask Tom for the receipt he said he didn't have to provide one.The work he did had it to be ripped off again and be done by a real professional I will never contract this company again.

Project was to install drywall and door to temporarily convert a livingroom space into a bedroom. The finished work looks great--they took care to build seamlessly without going into the floors at all, which I appreciated, since other contractors proposed drilling the floors. Even though there was a time constraint, they were gracious enough to work with it--the wall and now bedroom looks like it's been there from the start. Ease of scheduling, transparent budgeting, and clean up was a bit frustrating--clear, upfront communication about it would have been great. Overall very satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend!

The level of professionalism left much to be desired, late, sloppy, bad attitude, bickering amongst themselves, very blatant outrageousness, overcharging, outright lying to the customer. Takes too long to finish. Dodgy behavior that they seem to feel is completely acceptable. Would never hire them again.

Tommy's work is great but it seems to take so long to finish. I am still waiting after over a month for a threshold for my front door. Mid-way through my project he started another project and my project fell to the back burner. Work is great, clean up wasn't. Still have materials on my property and waiting for my steps to be cleaned and threshold to be installed.

I hired Missing Link Contracting to replace a privacy fence and install a wood deck. Tommy is very easy to work with. He is honest and works with you on whatever project is needed. He arrives on time, works hard, and cleans up when the work is done. Tommy is the type of person that you'll start out hiring to do a job and get to know him to the point where he is more like a friend that you were happy to have come over. Tommy has now become my "go to" guy whenever work is needed around the house. I highly recommend him.

Amazing team! Before I hired them I hated the sight of my yard ! Now after I hired them I canâ t wait to wake up in the morning sit on my beautiful deck and drink a cup of coffee thank you guys so much !!!!

They were respectful at first. As the project progressed, it seemed as if they did not listen to what I was trying to say, and I felt frustrated because he was always talking over me. I even told him about this I told my son to check their work and showed him what I was not happy with. The day that they applied the polyurethane on the fence was not a good day because it rained that night. So, I also felt that it was rushed. The gate that they made was long so, it is leaning over every time you pull or push it since they did not put a brace across the back which I think for a professional job, they should know that. It looked so crude. For the price that they asked for, I think they overcharged me just looking at the materials alone. He said he was coming back the next day to take a look at the gate, but he never did since I paid them already.

They were very prompt and professional.
