"Had leaks around back French doors and needed finishing below door because my new installed deck was lower than previous deck. Also siding below deck was different color and needed replacing and stone veneer on front of house needed repair. Israel Residential Construction replaced siding below deck with perfect color match siding and gave me trim around deck and door that will channel water away from house. Waterproofing was done around the door with door frame cover and protective sheeting around door placed under siding insulation. Cement work was done on front that perfectly matched rock veneer that was missing. After over twenty five years of leaks they finally resolved the problem! The day after work was done it rained heavy but no leaks! Also David was great with customer relations. So grateful he resolved problem and will use Israel Residential Construction when I redo front siding in future."

"I originally hired LJ&A to remove some 30+ year old stucco siding and replace with new vinyl siding and fix any rot there might be. The project expanded to include structural repairs. There was a considerable amount of hidden water damage and rot to the building. Lional and his friendly crew expertly advised and corrected all of the issues including re-framing and installing two new windows, repairing a rotted sill plate, and a structural beam. They used quality materials and the workmanship was first rate. While these necessary extra repairs added to the budget, none of it was a surprise. LJ&A's bid was fair and all the added value work they did was outstanding. They didn't try to gloss over major problems or take advantage and inflate the price of the job. This company is communicative, honest, and very professional, best of all they treated us like neighbors. I will use them for all my projects and recommend them."
