We had an excellent experience throughout the process and he was able to quickly and fairly address any changes to the original plans. The guys were always right on time, incredibly efficient, and left the work area very clean every day after they were done. We have spent more time the last two weeks on our back patio than we have on our deck in any given year. He gave us an estimate on a Tuesday, we hired him the following Monday, they started on Saturday, and finished on Wednesday. "They were very creative by making suggestions.  For example, the shoe rack was supposed to just fit over the door with brackets, but because of years of painting, the doors did not close properly.  They came up with the idea to cut the bracket and drill holes to secure the shoe rack more securely.  Also, they very friendly, and professional.
