These seem like common sense things, but I can tell you that other contractors were not as good with following through. They were efficient on the day the work was completed, and my neighbor confirmed that they put a good amount of material down before paving. The site (my house) is not an easy location to do work, but they worked within the constraints. Overall very happy with Josh and his team."
