"Tim had initially come over for the installation of a French drain on the side of the house, but instead uncovered that our foundation had receded away from the house due to past water damage. He immediately stepped into gear explaining every detail to me and gave me a quote for the amount of work that needed to be done. He and his crew made time in his busy schedule to get the job done and finished it completely in 3 days. I am so grateful for the work they have done and how quickly they did it. I highly recommend this business for anyone experiencing foundation/water damage issues. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

"I am amending my review after subsequent contact with Basement Systems. Ultimately I am satisfied with the work they finally did, Kathy from the office is very sweet and the work done by Dale was ultimately done although there was much confusion since I was never called or emailed to let me know that the work was complete (it is a weekend property and we were not present- which makes it challenging to schedule with providers). I do wish they did a better job with communication since this was the main issue (not hearing from them when they were not able to come for an appt or not hearing that they were coming to do the job!) I will say that despite my frustration, I do think the work was done well, Dale assessed another concern or ours unrelated to this job, and will be coming back to further assess and provide an estimate if need be, and Dale even closed a garage door that was left open by another service provider which was much appreciated. So I certainly would do business with them again and am pleased with the final outcome. But for the sake of completion, below is my original review.  

Prior review:
Was initially very pleased with prompt initial response and visit from Dale for free estimate. He came on 9/16 as scheduled, was very likable, friendly and informative and spent much of time surveying house and property and providing recommendations as to how to best address leak in basement and buried drainage pipes on the property of our newly purchased home. Was told he would email estimate within week. Dale made such a good impression that I was surprised that I did not receive the estimate within a week. I called 2 weeks later to remind them to provide estimate which should have been my first clue that things would not proceed smoothly.
Had difficulty getting work scheduled which was to be approx 4 hours of labor for 2 men. Not totally their fault as we are weekenders and could only be there for thurs/friday/saturday dates, so I can appreciate that scheduling might be difficult, but still frustrated that work was scheduled for a friday 2 months later. Was called a few hours before appt and told that someone was sick and they could not do job. Was not called back when I asked to reschedule. When I finally reached Kathy who works in the office was told that Dale would come personally the following Monday and do the work himself. Needless to say he never did and I never heard from anyone from the company since then. Wasted nearly 3 months of our time and left at square one. Thanks for nothing. Extremely disappointed with lack of professionalism and surprised that this company has such high ratings."

"Aaron Lenker add Corbin Gillichbauer of Groundworks leveled concrete walks around my corner lot in Montoursville Pa. They arrived around noon time and were finished about 5 1/2 hours later. They did their work very professionally. They did an excellent job. I would rate their work 5 of 5 stars."

"I hired Rogers Landscaping for an emergency repair to my driveway due to water erosion. They showed up ASAP and removed the existing culvert pipe, installed a larger one and redid my driveway better than it was before. "We had such a horrible time trying to find a solution to our finished basement taking on water a second time just after we redid our floors. After several estimates from people offering very outrageous solutions and prices, High Tech Concrete & Excavation reached out to us. We took a chance and were not disappointed in the slightest! "Marc and his team did an amazing job waterproofing our foundation and installing new foundation drainage for our home. It was a huge task, including the removal of an existing deck, which they then rebuilt better than it was before, and the removal of an existing retaining wall, which was beautifully rebuilt with stone. Marc took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. He and his team were out there working hard every day until the job was complete. Our basement is now dry, and we feel confident that it will stay that way. Thank you!"

"Fausto and his team were great! I would have no hesitation in using them again. I had the attic space of a two-family building insulated with blown-in cellulose. I had already used Tigasi Home Improvement for a smaller Rockwool basement ceiling job and they were very reasonable in price, thorough and clean so I turned to them for this project. Again they gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for removing old insulation, sealing gaps and then insulation, and Fausto explained the process well. He was very patient and understanding with my tenants' concerns, as access was via a drop down ladder in one unit's hallway. I also wanted an extended platform for storage in the attic and they were able to sort this out for a reasonable price.The team kept the job site extremely tidy and they were pleasant throughout. I would not hesitate to use Tigasi gain for another project. Plus I found them to be just really, really nice guys! A before pic and some after here."
