He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Matthew notified me the morning of his call that he would be 20 minutes late. This nice young man showed up when expected and spent two hours checking over my laptop for potential problems. When he mentioned the computer should be replaced due to age I agreed. Am waiting for the information promised for possible replacements. Will text him if too much time gets away."
