I would highly recommend JD Marx for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. I have been using them for over 10 years and I have always been very satisfied The technicians are knowledgeable and always professional. Recently, our gas hot water heater began to leak. I called JD...

[*** Link removed ***] The Stove Lady -- Belgrove Appliances (Carlita is the owner) is great – superknowledgable, honest, helpful, and very reasonably priced. Gets our top recommendation. We’ve used them twice in working on our now 47 year-old Crown gas stove. Crown is long gone as a...

Roy was GREAT. Came to my home promptly and fixed the problem with my gas grill. He was detailed and explained all of the reasons i was having the problem. He went into my fuse box and identified which switch and marked it for me. He tested all of the reset buttons and showed me how to identify...

Justin and his crew were hired to remove a full tree in the front yard and to reduce the size of three additional trees in both the front and back yards. The crew significantly trimmed/pruned two very large Box Elders and a Crabapple. They cut and stacked roughly 5 tons of logs and removed...

Our old gas fireplace insert was not staying lit. They cleaned everything and now works great. We're very pleased. Great value: 2 men for about 1 hour = less than $200. No charge for the travel time from Auburn to Syracuse.

Make sure you have them write out an estimate as they did not do clean up for me as they should have for what I paid them. They did good as far as bringing down tall trees but did very little of clean up that was paid for. They left me with the logs all over yard without even cutting them...

I had to have a panel replaced in my gas furnace. They charged me 480.00 for the panel and 200.00! For labor. The labor was completely overpriced. The total cost of job should have been around $500.00, therefore, the part was overpriced. Come on, $200.00 labor! Outrageous!

In both caes, they arrived promptly and did their work quickly and well. Patrick, who updated our gas line and installed our new range, was especially helpful, talking with us about the water heater (OK for now) and giving us cooking tips (he used to be a chef)! Very professional, very...

One of my renters had a nonfunctioning gas stove. I debated having it fixed or replaced and tried "Home Advisor" to see if they could help. H & N called within minutes and came within an hour and was able to fix the problem for under $100. Much better than a new stove or even the service call...

The arrived promptly at scheduled time. The gas log inserts were installed. The installer also gave us helpful advice on replacing our furnace which will need to be done in the near future.
