Great product. As with everything these days, a bit expensive. However, if the awning and the motorized retractable devices work and last as advertised, it'll be worth it.

I haven’t gotten the insert yet but have been very impressed with their professionalism.

My awning looks beautiful and appears to be a quality product. The service was great.

We were looking for a contractor that could stabilize our side porches (bi-level) and enclose it with the largest windows possible for the space. We had sided the house years ago and covered some of the known potential structural ills of the side porch with aluminum coil. So we knew, an estimate was only going to be an best guess until they tore into the project. In the end...we ended up paying roughly 17% more than the original contract amount. However, this was almost expected or anticipated. I was most pleased with the fact that they did not simply try to cover up these challenges just to finish the job! The primary worker on this project "Lou" was excellent and very meticulous with his work. He was thorough and a wonderful craftsman! While the project was somewhat interrupted by the COVID-19 issues with our window manufacturer, the end result was most pleasing. We had originally projected keeping the interior in tact, but during deconstruction, we found the wainscot needed replacement as well. While I would have preferred to have Lou finish the interior, I ended up completing the interior myself due to cost and income issues on my part. While I was working to finish the interior, we visited by a rainstorm and there was a minor leak over one of the new windows. I wrote to Mark Genovese about this challenge and Lou was here the very next day to add some sealant to the coil over the windows, VERY Responsive! We have had no leaks since. I would highly recommend Genovese Home Improvement as a trusted contractor. Mark Genovese was professional and I would feel completely comfortable hiring his company in the future for any of my home improvement needs. We had a great experience with this company.

When the owner Mark and his team visited our house, their number one concern was giving us the sunroom we dreamed about. He listed intently on what we looking for and came up with a plan that exceeded our expectations. They also did those little extras that gave us a room to be proud of for years to come. Their pricing was very competitive and gave us the value that a true professional gives. I would highly recommend Genovese Home improvement to anyone looking for a quality contractor. We will not hesitate to use them in the future for any new projects!

Very poor installation. Drilled way too many extra hole in new siding. Didnt seem to know the proper way to install our canopy. Very bad customer relations. The canopy had a very bad drop on one side which the owner said he had to call the company to find out how to fix. After the horrendous job they did trying to install it we were very hesitant to have him back to fix the problem. We told him to just come and take it down and we would find another company to come and do the job. He threatened us with a lien against our house and got very angered. We had no choice but to have him back and hope for the best. Still slopes some but we are taking care of the problem ourselves. Never would have them do any work again.

The owner of the company was very professional. He walked me through the process step by step. I feel satisfied so far.

Purchased a gas fireplace and it was a great price and works well. Genoese did not do the installation as it was not offered at that time. Rated work that was not done as this review would not post without that, so disregard that line.

Replaced 30 yr old wood windows that had mold growing all over them. Genovese found vinyl windows that were an exact match to my wood trim. They installed them in just 2 days. I am so happy with the result and quality. Very reasonable pricing compared to the big companies in Rochester.

Project...enclosed porch for 3 season use in front of my home. Excellent job, excellent follow up to details. Very pleased with all around quality of wok . Looks exactly as I hoped it would.

They were very easy to talk and work with. Very knowledgeable. They did not keep me aware of any issues: work was to be done in 3-4 weeks. I had to call them at 5 weeks to check. It ended up that Awning had not come in. Also they were late (1hour) in arriving for installation. Theses were the only issues I had. Wonderful after that.

Walked him through the house and told him exactly what I wanted done. Wrote up the contract.then we had a glitch and had to change the way we were going to do things.asked multiple times for another contract but he refused to give me one then when they started work try to not do some of the things that I asked to have done.then at the end of the work tried to charge me more then what was agreed upon because he said that the work that was added was extra when in reality it was part of the original. after a conversation he said that he would " eat it" yeah okay buddy
