"Kyle was prompt to call after I sent request through Angies List. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Hired him for a service call on gas log set in our fireplace. He arrived on time. Diagnosed and corrected problem. Offered tips for preventing further issues. I would highly recommend him. I did find the cost of the service call to be a bit high. He did let me know the cost up front, so I agreed to cost with full knowledge. However, I did think it was on the high end. But maybe I m not up to date on the going rate for a service call."
