He arrived on time, was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. He showed concern for our home by putting down a drop cloth and cleaned up afterwards. He replaced 3 hanging ceiling lights; 1 bathroom light fixture, and 1 hanging ceiling fan. He also repaired a nonfunctional wall socket; as well as, installed several dimmer switches. We are having him come back to install addition lighting in our garage and replace the bathroom fan. Anthony will be our go-to person for any electrical needs we may have."

"I used KWD Electric 2 times in the recent past and was planning to write a review after the 3rd and final visit to my mother's house. The first to jobs went well, one "simple" (replacing 6 outlets) and one "complex" upgrading the service panel plus a couple other items. Ken was late both times and his responsiveness to my initial contact took a little too long but I overlooked that. The 3rd visit he was to replace all switches and outlets in the kitchen (after the renovation). On July 30th Ken's email stated a quote would follow in a  day or two. It is now August 26th and I am still waiting. Needless to say this is very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Update: Ken did apologize for forgetting and stated he would not take on more than he could schedule.
