They were prompt profesional and courteous. I had multiple contacts with the office regarding the job. I believe some of my calls were even taken after hours. All concerns were address promptly and I felt comfortable with them. My job involved running cat 6 cable between my house and garage via underground conduit. They handled it like it like pro's. They definitely know their business. I purchased a CCTV system that they were unfamiliar with but they made sure it up and running before they left. A pleasures to work with.

Joe and Melanie installed 5 surveillance cameras and a monitoring system. The install was neatly done with absolute minimal disruption to the house and furnishings. They did a thorough cleanup after completion and the system worked perfectly when they left. A minor glitch with one of the cameras developed a few days later but they promptly returned and replaced the faulty camera. The system again works perfectly.

Joe was outstanding from the initial quote to the completed project. Very professional and knowledgeable in his business. I have experience in the CCTV system and know when I am talking to someone about this topic. Joe went beyond my expectation with the attention to detail with the install. Not a single wire is visible. The system work flawlessly and I had all my concerns and questions answered immediately. The day that I was scheduled for my project was extremely hot and humid, and this did not slow the team down. Price for the project was exactly what was quoted and we are extremely happy with everything. If you are in the market for a security system, give them a call. You will not be disappointed. I give 5 stars because that is the limit, but this company is worth much more.

After we request help on Sunday, Joe called within 15 minutes and was there to fix other alarm on Monday. Great response and fixed the problem. We highly recommend him.
