"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
