The work was scheduled quickly and TFC Electrical Services was even able to do the job earlier than expected. Tom and Ralph arrived as scheduled, on time and we were given a fair price quote. They had to install electrical wiring and box in our bedroom ceiling prior to installing the fan and light. They took the time to protect our furniture and floors by covering everything with protective tarps. Additionally, the installed a fan and light kit in an adjacent staircase. The concern and respect that they showed for our home was admirable and appreciated. The installations were neat, clean and expertly completed. They completed all the work in about 3 hours. Jeff and his crew came in every day and performed their job - left end of the day everything clean and organized - not a mess. They went above and beyond and accommodated changes that I requested that were not part of original quote without adding to our cost. Jeff was courteous, helpful, on time, and worked on weekends as well to make sure job was done in given time frame. they even finished 2 weeks before they had estimated (was told 8 weeks, he finished in 6 weeks. I will definitely be hiring Northgate again in the future once I can afford to do more work to my house. I would 100% recommend Northgate to anyone looking for a contractor.
