"We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. "Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. "We hired Memo for a kitchen renovation project that took 6-7 weeks total in 2 rounds. Our cabinets arrived in 2 shipments a few months apart so we had to do it this way. Memo and his crew were very punctual and clean. when our second shipment arrived they showed up the next day. The quality of the their work was excellent too. "Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
