"Jeff and his crew were amazing to work with! I have had some very bad experiences with previous contractors, and I never thought that I would have such a positive experience with a contractor. Jeff and his crew came in every day and performed their job - left end of the day everything clean and organized - not a mess. They went above and beyond and accommodated changes that I requested that were not part of original quote without adding to our cost. Jeff was courteous, helpful, on time, and worked on weekends as well to make sure job was done in given time frame. they even finished 2 weeks before they had estimated (was told 8 weeks, he finished in 6 weeks. I will definitely be hiring Northgate again in the future once I can afford to do more work to my house. I would 100% recommend Northgate to anyone looking for a contractor. "Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"
