The service provider never called me back.

. Job was attended to by Gary and his assistant. They worked # of days til job was done. They were neat. I was happy with their work. My neighbors also used him on my recommendation.

It was fine. They were friendly and I think the price was favorable.

Overall, very happy with job. Did have some issues with scheduling the sub-contractors. Needed at least 1 day's notice when they would be there, which I did not always get. Sometimes we felt like the GC, as we would be scheduling or talking to the subcontractors. But overall, job was done in a short amount of time (2.5 weeks) for bathroom renovation, and we are happy with the results.

The job was completed on budget and in the time frame promised. The crew was professional and easy to work with. I would use them again.

Gary provided the best overall estimate of the job. Kept within the agreed price range, made adjustments when necessary . He finished the project on time and left everything clean and tidy.All work was performed to the highest standards. I would definitely use him again.

Gary was great with advising and designing the deck and made a great space that extended our living area. The deck included lighting fixtures and a faucet needed to be moved. In addition to all this, at no extra change Gary and his team fixed some mistakes other contractors had made with our siding. The team was polite, punctual, professional and really did a great job. Gary handled follow-up well, after winter there was one issue with a faucet. Gary immediately came and took care of the problem. I would recommend Gary?s services

Overall the work was good. However, when his crew was finished there was a foot long section of my house that was "open" with no flashing or siding of any kind. And the way the deck was installed there is no way to slip flashing into that location. We had discussed the need to flash properly when he bid on the job, but he was almost never present while the work was being done. Additionally the structure of the stairs was wobbly until we complained. They also left a hole in the siding (and all the way through the interior drywall) where they cut away the rotted beam. Lastly, we told him at the time we started and more than once during the course of the project that we would want lien release waivers for the materials. He didn't know what those were and was furious that we withheld the final payment until we had them in hand. His argument was that he would not receive the invoice until the following month, but I felt that I had already paid for the materials and wanted proof that they were paid for. It was very upsetting mainly because he should have brought up his objection at the start of the project and we could have discussed alternatives, like me paying the supplier directly for the materials. Instead there were a lot of bad feelings generated unnecessarily.

The whole experience was wonderful. Gary and crew where professional. Worked with us on our tight budget. Cleaned up daily. Work done in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend to others

Everything was excellent! Their neatness and punctuality really stood out. They were very accommodating throughout the entire project. The price was also very good.

I thought Gary was brilliant. He was always on time and very clean. He used a lot of drop clothes and always picked up nails and such. Gary was often there to oversee the project and talk directly to. They managed to finish very close to on schedule despite the rain that interfered. He estimated two weeks and still got it done in two and a half.
