They went above and beyond and accommodated changes that I requested that were not part of original quote without adding to our cost. Jeff was courteous, helpful, on time, and worked on weekends as well to make sure job was done in given time frame. they even finished 2 weeks before they had estimated (was told 8 weeks, he finished in 6 weeks. I will definitely be hiring Northgate again in the future once I can afford to do more work to my house. I would 100% recommend Northgate to anyone looking for a contractor. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. "We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"
