We’ve worked with Ray twice now — first for a kitchen remodel and most recently for a full bathroom renovation — and both experiences have been excellent. Ray is reliable, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding, and he always keeps us informed throughout the process. Ray Lamanna and his crew at Tri Board Construction did two wonderful jobs at our house. First, they did an amazing job replacing the floor (and a toilet) in the upstairs bathroom. Next, they painted and fixed holes in walls throughout the house. If you describe to Ray what type of tile or design you want, he'll bring you various samples to choose from. The entire crew are very respectful and leave your home in perfect order upon completing the job. Hired Ray for a basement renovation with kitchen and bath. Working with him has been the best experience from start to finish. He suggested options that saved thousands on the final cost. His staff has been with him for many years, so it was the same people in my home each day. Ray also was onsite daily to make sure I’m happy with the progress. Ray didn’t just put in a whole new kitchen, including a pantry. He also ( I hope I remember everything) remodelled two bathrooms, put in a new front door, built steps into my garage, brought my washer & dryer up from the basement & installed it in my garage, helped us put together our gazebo. My favorite thing he built is our gorgeous large deck. We joke about it, it’s so well built that we’re holding onto it in a hurricane. Ray is so easy to work with, very caring & creative with suggestions. He has the nicest & very capable workers. We still stay in contact on a friendly bases, can’t say that about all contractors.

With catastrophic home repairs due to a water main break, it was amazing to watch the transformation. They turned the house into a beautiful home again. Ray and his team were nothing but professional and perfectionists. They didnâ t just rebuild my house but they turned it back into my home. Dealing with shortages of supplies due to the market, they were still able to get the job done in a timely manner.

Ray and his workers were professional, neat, timely and did a great job. My dad built houses for a living so after he passed and I needed an extension and a deck built, I was very leery as I never had a stranger do work for me before. I interviewed a few people and decided on tri build. I was beyond impressed of the job done and the professionalism with Ray and his workers. I really feel like my dad sent him to me to take care of all my carpentry needs and I now consider him not only our Carpenter but a friend. Great job !

A 2-3 week job turned into approximately 11 weeks. And still was not completed. Had many damages. Many things had to be done 2 times and still were wrong. Would not show up for days and days would finally show for a few hours then disappear again. I finally had enough I could not afford all the damages they were causing anymore . Was left with things installed wrong, damages to brand new faucet, vanity, toilet, tub, and so much more. Nothing was measured correctly, to this day the tub faucet is crooked to the tub. There is no excuse I had everything before they even started. Had holes that had to be fixed. Had to hire my own plumber after to make corrections. Was left with door that did not close, had to be replaced. Whole experience was a complete horror.

We are absolutely thrilled with how the deck turned out. We had trex laid over our cement porch , railings put up and the stairs redone. Ray's crew Marcos and his helper were great. We asked that the railing post not be in front of the window but to the side so as not to obstruct our view and that was what was done. We highly recommend them.

Tri Build Construction left us hanging for over a year. Took are money and did not get us the materials we paid for. He strung us along with an excuse every week that he was sick. We still dont have $6000 of deck material that we paid for over a year ago. In addition we have a lot of electrical work and plumbing we paid for that was never done.

We hired Tri Build to do a complete renovation on an old home we bought in Eatons Neck. It was a very unique project that took someone that could think out of the box and make it happen. Ray,the owner,designed a wonderful layout for us and executed the project with honesty and professionalism. We had alot of changes as we went along and he was extremely courteous and very fair on his price. He did a full service job. Tri Build's project manager Tommy, was a complete gentleman and fully accommodated our requests Demo, roofing, siding. They built us a beautiful front porch. This company was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't have done it without Tri Build. We highly recommend them.

I decided to use Tristate Construction as soon as I spoke with its owner Ray (Raymond Lamanna), a man who radiates simplicity, honesty and trust, as soon as he talks to you. Ray's words " the job will be appropriately and correctly done" came through. Everything was done diligently to my satisfaction and the approval of all town's inspectors who were coming periodically to inspect the work. I've been very happy using my new master bedroom with a convenient good size closet and bathroom. Best result, I do not have to say about anything "this had to be done differently or better". I strongly recommend this company!

This contractor is an absolute gem! The project entailed a complete gut of a galley kitchen, an expansion of a first floor bathroom, and renovation of first floor upper and lower foyer floors and walls. All work areas were in original condition from 1972. The owner was on site every day. His workers were knowledgeable, clean, respectful, and professional in every sense of the word. When problems with the original construction of the house were revealed, Ray (the owner) offered solutions as to how to overcome them, providing options and opinions. As with any major renovation, there were only a couple of items that needed to be addressed. Ray and his crew came back even after being fully paid and corrected the defect with no additional cost to us. His price was fair for the amount of work he performed and the kitchen, floors, and foyers look spectacular! It's tough to find a contractor with ethics and integrity, but Ray Lamanna and Tri-Build Construction are certainly in that category. We certainly will be using them again for our next project.

Ray and team did an outstanding job on my project from start to finish. His quote was accurate and fair with no surprises. He started and finished the job exactly when he said it would be. TriBuild Construction did a really terrific job, from the estimate to the cleanup on the remodel of our basement. The owner, Ray, is a super nice guy who clearly knows his work, and he was always available quickly to answer my questions, even some he had already answered. I liked that the estimate was detailed enough for me to know exactly what we were paying for and when we desired changes/additions to our original plan, Ray was accommodating, got my approval on cost first, and he did not overcharge us for them. The workers were friendly and efficient and they offered ideas for improving the remodel, without pressuring us to do them if we didn't want to. They built us a completely new handicapped accessible bathroom, including demolishing part of the basement concrete floor to install new plumbing and drain, and installed all the tile, fixtures, trim, and paint. It looks really modern, beautiful and very functional! They also installed vinyl laminate flooring and base trim in the rest of the basement, a few new doors, garage doors and windows. The job was done in the expected amount of time (except for my own delays!) and on budget, with no surprises, except for how pleasant the whole experience was. This project was done to build a living space for our mother to come home from a nursing home after having a stroke, so I especially appreciated not having any difficulties with the construction to deal with at this time. Uniquely, because of our mother's Medicaid application requirements, we needed to pay Tri Build in full before they were able to even start the work, and this worked out perfectly fine. It was a little nerve wracking to trust someone we'd never done business with before with that amount of money, but Ray seemed trustworthy, and in the end, he absolutely proved that he is! I would highly recommend Tri Build to anyone!

We just had our deck and siding replaced as well as new doors installed by Tri Build. The quality of the work with attention to every detail was outstanding. Ray was always available to answer any question we had and guided our decisions every step of the way. He made sure the work was done to our satisfaction and that the area was immaculate after the completion of the job. In June 2018, my husband and I shopped around for a contractor to renovate the exterior of our house: vinyl shakes siding, new roof, and new gutters. We met with numerous contractors and explained what our visions were as far as color scheme and thick bordered windows with no shutters. Ultimately, we decided to go with Tri Build Construction as they were able to share our vision the best, and we couldn’t be happier. Ray, the owner, was able to meet our expectations to the fullest, even down to the smallest detail. Ray was always available to answer our questions and no question was too small. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest with his recommendations. Between the design and execution, Ray kept us in the loop every step of the way, and with his expertise, the jobs went extremely smooth.
