He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in this business having been a manager of a rooter router business for 10 years prior to starting his own business. He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. "After discovering on a recent Sunday morning that we had a clogged toilet, and after trying everything we knew how to do ourselves, we searched for plumbers on Home Advisor. Mr. Rooter responded immediately to our inquiry and sent a young man out right away. He snaked the pipes all the way to the street and solved our problem for now. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was very professional, respectful of our home and explained everything to us along the way. He pulled the toilet and sent a camera down to check if the pipes had shifted and found a lot of buildup on the sides of the pipes and thought that the pipes had shifted a little. We opted to do nothing more at this time until (if and when) we have a problem in the future. I thought the charges were reasonable for the time spent and the work done, and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber."
