They really did a nice job and they were very professional. They cleaned up really good and even our inspector commented on how nice of a job they did.

I would definitely use them again! We purchased our house about 1 1/2 years ago and did not know when the last time was that the septic had pumped and looked at. They called us right away and were fast to schedule an appointment and also followed up to make sure we were happy. Very professional!

After discovering on a recent Sunday morning that we had a clogged toilet, and after trying everything we knew how to do ourselves, we searched for plumbers on Home Advisor. Mr. Rooter responded immediately to our inquiry and sent a young man out right away. He snaked the pipes all the way to the street and solved our problem for now. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was very professional, respectful of our home and explained everything to us along the way. He pulled the toilet and sent a camera down to check if the pipes had shifted and found a lot of buildup on the sides of the pipes and thought that the pipes had shifted a little. We opted to do nothing more at this time until (if and when) we have a problem in the future. I thought the charges were reasonable for the time spent and the work done, and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber.

It ended up being a water line leak under my house in a wet crawl space and he was professional and never complained. Plumbing work is not cheap but it had to be done. I do recommend them.

Mr. Rooter was able to come out when I needed them and was actually slightly earlier than originally expected. Even with having to locate my tank, they got the job done quickly. The gentleman even said our tank was in great shape and didn't think it needed any other services which makes them trustworthy in my book.

Expected to get drains snaked. He was there 5 hours. Kept telling me it would be easier if he put a hole in my wall. Didn't have the right equipment....had to go back to his business. Then when he left he told me he wasn't sure the drain was totally cllear.

Showed up on time to give estimate. Very professional! Explained exactly what needed to be done. Work done in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up work area after he was finished. Mr. Rooter plumbing was very accommodating and trustworhty.

Nick was very nice, prompt, hard-working; he made an effort to keep my home clean. I could trust him in my home.
