First of all he does good work as far as I know. Now he overcharged me for a part needed. I gave him cash for the part. Then he said he could not fix the outdoor outlet that I wanted for Christmas lights. He charged me 195.00 for visit and travel time. ( Whitesboro to north Utica).Last time he charged and insisted on $95.00 for emergency visit. I have had this house 35 yrs. I wenoutside after he left and the entire plug. housing and wires were gone! I should should?ve checked before he left. I texted him and he said the outlet was ?unsafe and illegal?. He did not tell me this before he took the outlet . He said he would to fix the outlet charge me another $ 225.00 to fix. I do not know why he did this to me. Now The wires are gone - I do not know how to retrieve them to have an outdoor plug/outlet for Christmas lights. So I am stuck. It will cost me even more money to get an outdoor plug/outlet for Christmas lights, sooo annoyed. Merry Christmas to all from me at Dawes Ave.

We originally hired Walter to upgrade the electrical panel and some outlets and install a dishwasher and toilet in August, he did an amazing job so when we got hot by the flood on Halloween we knew who we wanted to do the repairs! We hired him to replace the electric panel (again) as well as the furnace and water heater, as well as repair some other damage to the plumbing, he has gone above and beyond, he does wonderful work for a fair and honest price and I cannot recommend him enough.

I feel that he was honest and did a good job, however, he did not have to do the whole big project since he found the problem was a $9.00 switch. The bill came to $130.00 . It took about 10 minutes.Yes, he had to go and buy the part which was 3 minutes from my house I understand that there is a fee for just coming. It would have been a few dollars more to have the whole unit replaced?
