"We have to pump out water every spring, so dealing with sump pumps is nothing new. This year, the area where our sump pump is located had pretty much caved in, so the pump wasn't able to function properly. My husband hired this company to fix the problem. They dug out the old container and put in a new one, which is a good thing, but for some reason, instead of using the existing pipe/outlet for the water to pump out under our driveway into a ravine, they cut a second hole in the basement wall to pump the water into our yard instead.  If I had been there when they were doing the work, I would not have agreed with doing it this way. They showed up on time and fixed the immediate problem, but I think that they charged a lot more than what the job was worth, and did things that were not necessary. My husband seemed satisfied with the end result, but I personally would not hire them in the future.

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia.
