"Jared was totally cool. Competent. Funny. The problem was more nasty than I thought. He just took this all in stride, like the pro he is. He talked me off the ledge💜 And proceeded to completely FIX the issue. This house is 154 yrs old, so plumbing issues can be daunting. But not for Jared. He was fast, thorough and amusing.
