Excellent! We had a pipe break after a winter storm and remodeled our house long distance from Florida. We were driving up to see the to see the near completed work and stay at our house. We needed our toilet installed, vanity installed and shower drain and nozzle hooked up. Jeff from JTECH arrived at the house at the appointment time and called us to let him in so he could do the work. We asked Jeff to please go right in , find the toilet, vanity and shower drain parts and to please install as we were on our way. Everything was installed perfectly. We also used JTECH to install our wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, bathroom light and storm door. All to our satisfaction. We would definitely hire Jeff from JTECH again!

It was fast, inexpensive and done in one day. He had a beam cut to match the others and the install went great.

It went excellent, he showed up on time, had to leave to get parts since I did not know what was needed, fixed everything quickly and was very professional.

I hired Jeff twice and he was very responsive and reasonable. He did a great job on both jobs. Recently in Oct and Nov 2015 I have tried him for additional work and left him messages a few times. I never got a hold of him and he never called back. I am now looking for a new electrician. I'm not sure what happened but this was very different than my first two experiences.

Quick response and repair of leaking roof.

These gentleman is great. He returned our call on the same day and came over to the house in a day or two to see what needed to be done. The faucet in the kitchen needed to be placed so he went out that day bought the faucet and replaced it. The faucet in the bathtub needed new parts so he ordered the parts. When he took apart the faucet in the bathtub we did not have hot water. We called him the next day which was a Saturday and he came to the house within two hours and fixed it at not cost. The part for the bathtub came in and he came over to the house painted and fixed the faucet. He charged us about $38 an hour to paint which is $2 cheaper than my landscaper! He was reliable and efficient. He also indicates he does some electrical work but is not a mason. I would highly recommend this gentleman. My past experience with plumbers is either they do not show up or they do not return phone calls. Also I do not think he charged a minimum fee which has happened to me in the past. Call this person. I do not think you will be disappointed.

Although very personable, Jeff did not return my phone calls and didn't show up when he said he would.  After two weeks, I emailed him and asked if he were still interested in working on my house.  He replied that he was and would be back to work the following Monday.  He never showed, nor contacted me.    When i emailed him that I needed someone more reliable, he sent me a bill for spraying the moss on my roof and driveway.  I paid him, but the moss is still there.  I would not recommend him for reliability.

My overall experience with JTech is extremely positive.  JTech provided a very competitive quote and answered all of the many comments and requests I had regarding my paint job.  The job involved painting most of my common areas (entrance and hallways) and a large great room (with vaulted ceilings).  While I was not on-site, according to my family, Jeff arrived on time and got the job completed in a timely manner.  I was away on business and I had to anxiously wait two weeks before I was able to view the results.  I was blown away at the quality of work.  In addition to painting, Jeff also repaired some seams along the wall/ceiling line.  The great room looks amazing.  Based on this experience and his skills sets, I will definitely seek Jeff for additional home repairs in the future.

He's excellent and his prices were fair. He does excellent work and he have a lot of great ideas. He did some amp to the brand new water tank. I talked to some other people and one of the guys I liked what he was saying except that he wanted to work by the hour. I'm 90 miles from there so i don't know if he's working or not when he says he's working so I didn't wanna do that. With J Tech he works by himself, he does really good work and I told him that, "I gonna give you a plumbing work to do and then you finish that and we'll talk". Next thing we did was the installation of the electric and then the insulation. We did in steps like that. He gave me a price, we looked at it and talked about it. Sometimes it  was okay sometimes I thought it was not exactly right and we came to an agreement. The quality of his work was really first class. He's affable and excellent. He's the kind of guy that if you walk in and he's working he would keep talking to you but wouldn't stop working. He tells me when he starts and when he think he's finish and he's pretty much close to that. I recommend him to a lot of people.

Jeff spoke to me in detail about the job before starting. Even after we settled on materials he called me on a Sunday night to say he found something that would work better for windows. I asked for some add-ons and changes along the way and he completed each of them. The work was beautiful. He took great pride in his craft. Very responsive during the construction. I got just what I wanted and am very happy with the finished product. A minor glitz with one window that I am confident will be resolved...I think he is one of those people who will do what is needed to make his customers happy.
