He came and fixed the problem less than the other plumber that came and charged more money and didn’t fix and said it would coast me more money.

Very pleasant. Took his time to inspect the problem and come up with an appropriate solution. Completed the work for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and will hire him if there is a future plumbing repair.

Our septic tank was full,but we didn't know where it was located. Had 3 other companies out here,who basically raped us for koney with 0 results except one HUGE MESS and that last guy,who charged us $85 just to come out and tell us he does not work on trailers and that underneath would have to be scrubbed and bleached with plastic layed down for him to even consider going under to find the tank... Jared was great from phone call to service,he is a true WORKER,a rare breed that does what it takes to get the job done and satisfy his customers. Happy to say we've found our plumber for future needs.HIGHLY RECCOMMEND him if you want prompt,quality service

Jared was awesome. From the initial phone call through the end of the job he was very professional and courteous. Assessed the problem, took the time to explain to me exactly what he planned on doing, and went over the possible outcomes (good and bad). Got right to work and had the drain clear in no time. 5 star experience all the way around and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. Hopefully I won’t need a plumber again any time soon, but I know who I’ll call if I do.

Jared was very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent background in this business having been a manager of a rooter router business for 10 years prior to starting his own business. He listened carefully to what I told him we did to try to fix the problem before calling him. After he arrived he looked over the house plumbing to further analyze what needed to be done. He then went right to work explaining the main drain cleaning process and the steps he would take in using his cleaning auger machine to accomplish unclogging the line. We could see the positive results and unobstructed water flow in the line as he finished using his machine. I was pleased he have us his card before he left as I would definitely call him in the future if needed.

Jared was a really great and came over within 2 hours of me asking for assistance. He not only fixed the issue but explained how the plumbing was laid out in the house and reassured me about the status of the pipes etc. Would call him in a minute for any future needs!

Jared was awesome. He came in and assessed the problem and got right to fixing it. He was here maybe 45 minutes had the issue fixed. He had no problem working with old galvanized pipes and clearing it out. He was on time, efficient, cleaned up after himself and offered some preventative measures we can take to help. I would definitely recommend Afford A Rooter and Jared to anyone who needs a pipe unclogged.

Jared was totally cool. Competent. Funny. The problem was more nasty than I thought. He just took this all in stride, like the pro he is. He talked me off the ledge💜 And proceeded to completely FIX the issue. This house is 154 yrs old, so plumbing issues can be daunting. But not for Jared. He was fast, thorough and amusing. The bill was SWEET. If you are an anxious home owner, this DUDE is your guy.

I was dreading the thought of having to call a plummer, but it had to be dome. I was very glad that this company was recommended. He showed up on time and explained everything that he was doing. He gave me recommendations and the cost was extremely reasonable and I will say much less than what I was thinking it would be. I will no longer be afraid to call a plummer again because this will be my go to person.
