"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. The fast response by Superior coming out so soon was also appreciated. I trust this firm based on this experience and its great knowing who to call should plumbing work be needed. "Tim the plumber on the job was on time and very professional.  He looked at the problem (roots blocking the storm drain) and spent several hours drilling out a clear waterway to the main line in the street.  He indicated that a more thorough cleaning through power blasting would be necessary to get it running through a larger opening and that the roots of the tree in the front of the house may have disrupted the clay pipes.  We scheduled the power cleaning for the following week.  He offered discounts with the purchase of a protection plan which reduces the service call charges and provides additional discounts on work in the future and since I just bought the house and know I have more jobs that will need to be done in the next year I took advantage of the deal.

The team from Nickel City showed up on time, were courteous, installed the drainage and put the yard back together so you would never know they dug it up! The did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Charle even followed up with a personal call to ensure we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this firm!"

"Very satisfied with work: clean, professional, finished off closet ceiling so old hatch no longer visible. Showed us photos of attic as work progressed so we could see what was done (installation of baffles for proper ventilation of attic, built up walls around back of ceiling lights to keep new insulation out of fixtures, depth of new insulation). We expect that HVAC costs will go down measurably, & that ceiling condensation during cold weather (bathrooms & adjacent bedroom) will go away. (Did not rate price because 2nd contractor didn’t show up to provide estimate as basis for comparison.)"

"Jim, the owner of this company, responded to my call quickly and was at my house within an hour. My problem was the main drain in the basement was clogged, causing water to back up in my wash tub. Jim quickly snaked out and cleared the clogged drain pipe at a very reasonable charge. He also rerouted the pipe leading from my backup sump pump to the outside of my house. The way it was initially installed would have caused my basement to flood if it was ever activated. The final charge, again, was very reasonable. The quality of Jim's work and patience in explaining things to me was awesome! He even wrapped some kind of special tape around the end of my hose so that a new nozzle screwed on tightly.
