"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. "I called Twin City electrical based on the reviews on Angie's list. Mike, the master electrician, said he would come out and take a look at the electrical system and give me an estimate. Unfortunately, he explained everything very well, and showed that adding an outlet would be cost prohibitive, as an additional breaker box would need to be installed (ours had no further breakers available), plus there were several obstructions in the way for new wiring to get to the new breaker in the basement. He recommended buying a quality surge supressor for the electrical components, as he explained they would not draw enough power to be running on too low a voltage from one outlet. He was here about 20 minutes. Total cost? $0. I can't recommend this company enough. I asked for extra business cards to give to my friends, and to post at work. One is also on my refrigerator now."

"Fixed a leaking crack in my basement wall. Did a fine job. I also had them replace an aging sump pump with a double enclosed sump pump system. They replaced all the old copper pipes with new PCV and plex type piping. They even cut up the old copper piping and left it for us so we could get some bucks back when we take in for recycling. Couldn't be happier!"
