"We had everydry waterproofing fix our basement awhile back. They installed a french drain in the basement, sealed the outside, installed the easy breath and installed a crock. We have been very happy. A few weeks back we had a drunk driver hit the house which started causing issues. Because everydry has great customer service they came out and assessed and fixed the damage. Plus fixed some other areas that they figured would cause additional issues later. They are professional, on time and easy to work with."

"Cellino techs performed the work as scheduled. However, they could not remove the blockage, which was determined to be at the street connection to the bubbler piping. Their boroscope was not working either (I wanted to go in from the street side and see what was blocking the piping).. They told me they were hitting something "hard" because the end of their auger on the snake came back "shiny" (which turned out to be totally erroneous). They wanted $1600 to dig out at the street and fix the bubbler pipe. Ultimately, when the pipe was fixed by the Town of Amherst, it was observed that small diameter tree roots completely clogged about 12 inches of the 4" diameter drain piping. I feel that Cellino should have known this was a town issue (based upon the blockage location), their auger should have been able to cut through the small diameter roots, and the price I was quoted to dig up the bubbler pipe was exorbitant. Ultimately, I did most of the digging myself to expose the drain piping in a little over 1 hour. The Town of Amherst finished the repair and replaced all of the dirt in another 90 minutes."

"CMM did a great job. We had a situation that was going down a bad path and Paul and his team came in and saved us. Our house, built in 1992, has a shower leak that got into the drywall and started a mold problem that spread inside the wall beyond the shower area. CMM came in, took care of the mold, tore out the shower, replaced everything with great results. Even though we gave minimal direction on the materials to use, the end result was exactly what we hoped for. CMM even upgraded our ceiling fan and caught an issue with the way the fan roof vent was run. CMM is going to be our first choice when we look at remodeling other bathrooms because not only do they do great finish work, they would be ready for any surprises along the way"

"The project: Frank's Basement Systems installed new drain tile around about 75% of my basement. They also added their BrightWall in a few areas. Pros: First of all, the project was completed, and I'm very pleased to say that the drain tile seems to be doing it's job. When it rains I'm not seeing any water in the formerly-problematic corner of the basement, so that's a big success. I'll add that our salesperson Ray was an absolute all-star to work with. He did not try to upsell us, and he stayed in communication after the job to make sure we were satisfied. He really made us feel like he wanted what was best for us and our home, and we tremendously appreciated that. Cons: The whole crew called out on the second day what was supposed to be a two-day job, so it ended up taking much longer than we hoped. That second day was a Friday, so we were stuck with the basement a mess over the weekend and into the next week, which was tough. The drain tile had to go under the stairs to the basement and those stairs were absolutely demolished and had to be replaced. They told me while they were on-site that it was going to be my responsibility to replace them which left me without the bottom three stairs to my basement for a couple of weeks, but ultimately they connected me with a contractor who put new stairs in for us. During the job they accidentally caused a leak in one of my steam pipes, but they also helped me find a company that would replace that as well. Lastly, they left the basement a dusty mess. In fact, we still have to wear specific shoes into the basement because even after vacuuming and mopping a few times, it is still so dusty, and that dust gets tracked to the rest of our house if we leave our "basement shoes" on and go anywhere else. Overall: Frank's gave us a good price and, again, we sincerely appreciated Ray's guidance before and after the job. The most important thing is that the drain tile is working, so despite a few challenges we are satisfied with the outcome. We will be calling Ray back in a couple of years when we need to do the rest of the basement...hopefully some of the dust will be gone by then!!"
