"Cellino techs performed the work as scheduled. However, they could not remove the blockage, which was determined to be at the street connection to the bubbler piping. Their boroscope was not working either (I wanted to go in from the street side and see what was blocking the piping).. They told me they were hitting something "hard" because the end of their auger on the snake came back "shiny" (which turned out to be totally erroneous). They wanted $1600 to dig out at the street and fix the bubbler pipe. Ultimately, when the pipe was fixed by the Town of Amherst, it was observed that small diameter tree roots completely clogged about 12 inches of the 4" diameter drain piping. I feel that Cellino should have known this was a town issue (based upon the blockage location), their auger should have been able to cut through the small diameter roots, and the price I was quoted to dig up the bubbler pipe was exorbitant. Ultimately, I did most of the digging myself to expose the drain piping in a little over 1 hour. The Town of Amherst finished the repair and replaced all of the dirt in another 90 minutes."

Showed us photos of attic as work progressed so we could see what was done (installation of baffles for proper ventilation of attic, built up walls around back of ceiling lights to keep new insulation out of fixtures, depth of new insulation). We expect that HVAC costs will go down measurably, & that ceiling condensation during cold weather (bathrooms & adjacent bedroom) will go away. Not only was Locktight a better price, but the estimate was prompt, the guys worked fast and efficiently, nearly no disturbance to the area. Dug down (by hand!!) identified the broken elbow fitting in pipe, replaced it, waterproofed and sealed crack. Super professional. Would highly recommend."
