Jim quickly snaked out and cleared the clogged drain pipe at a very reasonable charge. He also rerouted the pipe leading from my backup sump pump to the outside of my house. The way it was initially installed would have caused my basement to flood if it was ever activated. The final charge, again, was very reasonable. They replaced all the old copper pipes with new PCV and plex type piping. They even cut up the old copper piping and left it for us so we could get some bucks back when we take in for recycling.
