"I had a bathroom toilet not flushing properly. T-Mark personnel was able to come out within a couple of days. Turned out after very brief inspection of the plumber that the sewer drain outside was partially blocked. Very quick and very professional job done to clear the blockage using all the right tools. Took almost 1 1/2 hours and the price agreed upon ahead of time was reasonable. Everything works again normally. I am a very happy customer."

"Highly recommend these guys! Did a great job! Came out on a Sunday, unclogged pipes enough for us to be able to use, for free! Then were there first thing in the morning to do the job! Whole sewer pipe had to be replaced from house to street. They did it without disturbing either of my sidewalks and put my front flowerbed back the way it was. Put the grass back in as best they could. Might need a little rolling. Once we put in some grass seed, you won’t even be able to tell it was done! These guys are great! And all very nice! Finished in one day! And even tho it was expensive, I’ve been asking around, and from what I’ve learned, they were very reasonable for the big job they did! 8 feet down! Wouldn’t call anyone else for my plumbing needs!"

"Jim, the owner of this company, responded to my call quickly and was at my house within an hour. My problem was the main drain in the basement was clogged, causing water to back up in my wash tub. Jim quickly snaked out and cleared the clogged drain pipe at a very reasonable charge. He also rerouted the pipe leading from my backup sump pump to the outside of my house. The way it was initially installed would have caused my basement to flood if it was ever activated. The final charge, again, was very reasonable. The quality of Jim's work and patience in explaining things to me was awesome! He even wrapped some kind of special tape around the end of my hose so that a new nozzle screwed on tightly. "Fixed a leaking crack in my basement wall. Did a fine job. I also had them replace an aging sump pump with a double enclosed sump pump system. They replaced all the old copper pipes with new PCV and plex type piping. They even cut up the old copper piping and left it for us so we could get some bucks back when we take in for recycling. Couldn't be happier!"
