"Terrible, technician left and I still had a leaky sink. Said that I would have to make another appt. “Bullied” me into getting a $800.00 garbage disposal two months prior to avoid pipes clogging, two months later, same clogging !!! Technician went in my basement and told me I needed a new sump pump. Cellino is trying to get as much money from me as they can, without finishing their repair work. Never again. Horrible customer service and technicians have absolutely no idea what they are doing."

"Mike Nichols - the owner, did a top notch job from the time he came over to evaluate the leaking from my 28 yr old furnace, estimate repair cost and options to replace it, to doing the actual install yesterday with his associate Rick. Extremely professional, polite, personable, thorough, extremely detailed resulting in a very, very clean install. Mary from Mike’s office is also very friendly and efficient! Highly recommend Mike and Precision Heating & Cooling!! Adding to the review I did in December 2023 after the furnace install. Today (5/23/2024)Precision Heating & Cooling installed the new air conditioner as it needed to wait for the warner weather. Once again, Mike Nichols and his assistant did a top-notch job. Completed it within the estimated time window, very clean job from the furnace to the outside AC unit. Due to Mike's obsession with ensuring any wires, pipes etc he installs are very neatly tied down, he even tied down some long hanging cable wires I was just resting on the hanging ceiling. Now all tightly, neatly secured!! Highly recommend Mike Nichols and his company."

Corey showed up on time and was able to get the boiler up and running. Both the young lady who answered the emergency line and Corey were polite and a pleasure to deal with. "It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"I’m reluctant to leave a negative review, but my recent experience with Cellino has left me no choice. I initially hired Cellino for a greenhouse HVAC project, based on a positive recommendation and previous great service with a furnace issue. On September 6, Chris came out to assess the job, spending significant time taking measurements and photos, and assured me they had handled similar projects. After weeks of visits and reassurances, we received a quote on September 18. Though it was higher than others, I trusted Cellino based on their professionalism. However, on October 22, over a month later and after multiple assessments, the installation team informed me that the heater they specified was actually overpowered for our greenhouse—news that should have been caught early on. This oversight led to weeks of back-and-forth exchanges, ending with us exchanging the heater for a more suitable model. This delay has cost my business thousands in lost stock due to inadequate heating."

"First, this was an A/C repair, not install, but I can't say enough about this company! 1. I called, and the owner picked up the phone! 2. He listened to my concerns and was able to stop by and evaluate the issues with several hours. 3. He was prompt and accurate in his description of the issue, what parts on under warranty, how long for the parts, and the cost. 4. Knowing this was a rental property, he also advised of things seen and that may need to be addressed and once again confirmed that I really wanted to spend the money to fix the issue. 5. His time from evaluation to repair was less than expected, and once fully disassembled, he found he could perform the fix for less than expected - and he did not try to play games, he advised me of the change and the lower charge. I hire and work with a lot of contractors, repair people, etc. both for my business and my job. I can tell you I am shouting this company's work ethic high and wide. "
