Chapman's Heating and Cooling

First, this was an A/C repair, not install, but I can't say enough about this company! 1. I called, and the owner picked up the phone! 2. He listened to my concerns and was able to stop by and evaluate the issues with several hours. 3. He was prompt and accurate in his description of the issue, what parts on under warranty, how long for the parts, and the cost. 4. Knowing this was a rental property, he also advised of things seen and that may need to be addressed and once again confirmed that I really wanted to spend the money to fix the issue. 5. His time from evaluation to repair was less than expected, and once fully disassembled, he found he could perform the fix for less than expected - and he did not try to play games, he advised me of the change and the lower charge. I hire and work with a lot of contractors, repair people, etc. both for my business and my job. I can tell you I am shouting this company's work ethic high and wide.

When I called them to get a quote on a mini split AC unit, Gary set up an appointment. When He came to our house we showed him what we wanted done and He gave us the best solution to what e wanted done, We hired them based on the internet reviews I had read. His installers Ben and Ryan came out at the time of the appointment. These two guys were very professional and courteous. When they were done they went over everything they had done and showed us how to operate the system. I highly recommend this Company and give them a 5 Star rating

Gary and his crew were right on time. They were professional and friendly. Installation was fast and efficient. They showed me their work and what I needed to know about the system. Big plus was that they were animals lovers and were mindful of my pets. Job was priced as quoted with no additional fees. I highly recommend them!

I was in a pinch when the furnace died in the middle of a cold snap. They were over the next morning and replaced that dinosaur with a much better furnace. The price was much lower than I expected.

Furnace and AC installed for my son s house. Old installation was a nightmare. Gary and his crew removed all the old hodgepodge of ductwork and furnace and installed new. Also put in a new hot water heater. Went above and beyond straightening out a tangled mess of copper piping and replaced it with neat organized layout. Great job, professional crew. Highly recommend Chapman.

A new furnace and A/C unit was on my list for sure but when my a/c died unexpectedly I needed help in a hurry. I consider my self blessed these guys were able to jump right in and handle the job considering a HOT summer and HVAC businesses are typically swamped. Gary was right to the point about the proper equipment for my replacement and the crew was prompt, professional and did great in their cleanup. I couldn`t be happier.
