Very happy with the job they did. Shawn was the technician who cleaned our duct and checked our HVAC systems. I cannot say enough how great job he did. He came right on time and worked diligently and throughly. He took pictures before and after almost for every rooms and clearly showed us what he found after cleaning. He even showed how much dirts and waste he collected at the end and we were so amazed about the amounts and findings from our duct. I highly recommend the air duct cleaning service especially for old houses and houses with pets. I feel like a new house again after cleaning. I wanted to write a review about this company because it is one of the best companies who work for the quality of service. I was very impressed about their professionalism and work ethics!!!! I will call them for sure next time when I need to replace our HVAC systems.

Nathan (owner) and Rob (project manager) were my contacts. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They were also conscientious of the covid-19 precautions and restrictions and wore masks, booties, and gloves while in the house working. I felt safe with them working in our home. They completed all the installations in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Rob walked us through our touchscreen smart thermostat as he set it up for us, and also explained the various new furnace accessories (high efficiency humidifier and filters). Rob made sure that we understood how to operate our new HVAC system before he left. Rob also provided us with the energy rebate forms for a National Fuel rebate, along with the necessary paperwork needed. We are very pleased with Climate King service. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Workers came introduced themselves.I told them of the issue and they gave me a written statement what will be done and the cost involved. Went to location of work and fixed the problem. No dirt or debris was left they explained what was done and tested the dryer. I paid them and they left. Work was done in timely fashion, at a reasonable price. It was suggested that a yearly maintenance would be best so that the dryer is working efficiently with less chance of fire hazard . I find dryer is working much better, drying clothes faster. Will recommend whole heartedly and use them again, myself!

Over the last few years I have had several repairs or purchases. Every time there has been some sort of problem. I was convinced there was nobody that had any work ethic anymore. What a breath of fresh air Climate King was as a business. They were on time they were professional and they did exactly what they said they were going to do at the quoted price. They even did a minor repair to the furnace that was caused by the original installers at no additional charge. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

"Yes it can be very disheartening to hear that your furnace is leaking carbon monoxide due to the cost involved. Our job is to make sure that every furnace that we work on is running safely. I showed the customer that it was leaking 8 ppm on her 15 year old furnace. We carry the most state of the art equipment to test for carbon monoxide. Some brands of furnaces fail quicker than others. They just don’t make things like they use to these days .That's why it's important to hire a company with certified technicians and the proper testing equipment."

"Yes we will not remove the condenser fan motor to remove leaves. There is a higher chance of bending the fan blades. We would had removed fan motor if requested but we don’t recommend to do so. Cleaning the condenser doesn’t require the removal of panels. We use special condenser coil cleaner that removes all the dirt from unit. Rinsed by a high pressure hose."
