Good, was expecting fully stocked truck so did not have to go to store. A little pricey but I needed repair done. Did not do all work- could not get part.

"Fred -- So sorry we could not meet your expectations. We strive to meet our customer's needs in the most cost-effective way. We purposely do not stock repair parts for faucets due to the variety of faucets and parts available. Manufacturer have a tendency to stop carrying or producing parts for repairing drains due to changes in requirements by code or manufacturing improvements -- so then replacement parts have to be specially ordered.
