Installation took 9 days. Workers were meticulous in their work and cleanup. Installation, due to design of the home, was a challenge but they did excellent work. I had initially called another recommended installer and after a 3 month wait and no response, I called Mike Solly. He was at the house the next day, had a price for me by week's end and by May, we were enjoying a cool home. System has been running well ever since.
In fact, I put on an addition and will have him back out to connect the 2 additional AC outlets I ran to the room after consulting with him during the rough in stage.

I called him to do some work on our furnace and he never got back to me, which forced me to call someone else.

I called Mike as our furnace was not operating properly. After describing the problem, he recommended I change the batteries in our thermostat first, as that is often a problem with similar symptoms. He didn't want to have to charge me for a service call to end up changing batteries. (Love the integrity!)
Turns out the over heat protection thermocouple was bad. Serviceman replaced it. While he was here I had him check why our humidifier was not working. Determined to be a faulty sellinoid, which he replaced.
No mess to clean. Good workmanship. Speedy service.

Called Solly Industries after another company recharged my unit and said I would need another unit for $2400 if it leaked out again. They did a good job finding and repairing the leak.
