Outstanding job

The guys did a great job! Besides the expected construction dust & debris, they found a dead bird that got into our system during the renovation somehow. Furthermore they took some extra care, opened up a hidden door on our system return and found insulation stuffed in there blocking normal airflow! Meanwhile, I was trying to figure out why the (new) HVAC system was struggling! Highly recommended!

Sanitech owner, Mr. Madarasz was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process and also coordinating the subcontractor for the waterproofing & a contractor to replace wood sections of the work bench and reattaching it to the wall once all the mold was taken care of.  Mr. Madarasz's knowledge of mold & its causes & remedies lead to a very quick discovery & treatment of our mold issue.  His employees were professional & respectful which is very important to me.  All the work in the scope of our job was completed in a timely fashion and the area was actually left cleaner than it was when they arrived.  We are thrilled to no longer be battling this issue.  We can once again enjoy using our basement.

They sent 2 young and inexperienced workers to perform the job at hand.  The workers used paint rollers to apply a microban product onto the underside of the roof where the mold was located.  The amount of mold they actually sealed off was laughable.  Mold can still be seen everywhere.  I had a second company come in to perform an inspection and air quality test.  The inspector was shocked to see the horrible work they performed.  In addition, we got the results back from the air quality test and the amount of mold spores showed a "high contamination".  I highly recommend you stay away from this company.

In addition, the owner was extremely rude and spoke to myself and I in a condescending manner.
