Dan and his team at Island Homecraft completed both a kitchen and bathroom renovation that exceeded my expectations in every way possible! The patience, planning, performance, and quality of work is incredible! I would never consider using another company for any future home projects. Dan and his team were professional, courteous, neat, and supportive. They answered all of my many questions, thought of many details I had not, included me every step of the way, and worked in a timely fashion. I love my new kitchen and bath and cannot express my gratitude enough!

We hired Island Homecraft for a complete kitchen renovation and other major work on our first floor. We changed the layout of the kitchen and knocked down walls. The job also included replacement of windows, exterior and interior doors, molding, installation of a sliding door, and flooring throughout the house. We interviewed over 10 contractors for the job and Island Homecraft stood out well above the rest. We found them on Home Advisor. Our first meeting included Dominick from Gallo Rosso. They partner for kitchen and bathroom projects. Dominick measured the kitchen while we met with Dan to go over the project. They were very professional and gave us a ballpark estimate of what we would spend. Now that we have completed the project that ballpark was right in line with what we spent. Everyone that worked in our house during the project was professional and a pleasure to work with. They cleaned up well each day and everything that had to be moved was back in place when they were done each day. Island Homecraft only employs and works with top notch folks. From demo to the final details they were there working just about every day, with only a few days of down time here and there, as expected. It was finished in the timeframe that they had estimated in the beginning (4-5 weeks). I also recommend Dominick from Gallo Rosso if you need a kitchen or bathroom design and supplies. He was great and works seamlessly with Island Homecraft. As far as the quality of work, it was top notch. They pay attention to detail. Everyone working on our house had a lot of experience.

At the beginning of our kitchen renovation, we interviewed several potential contractors. Dan Bogler of Island Homecraft was the most prepared contractor we interviewed. In his initial meeting, he took a real interest in what we were looking for, offered a full set of references, and left us with a written preliminary estimate of the project scope and cost. He also partnered with Dominick Coppola of Gallo Rosso Kitchen Designs to offer a comprehensive solution to our kitchen renovation. In terms of cost, the proposal was reasonable given the scope of our project. Once we decided to hire Dan and Dominick to handle our kitchen renovation, they memorialized everything we discussed in an easy to understand written contract. In addition, we were left with a clear timeline, an understanding of what materials were being provided, and what materials we needed to purchase. During our kitchen renovation, Dan, his Island Homecraft team, and all of the subcontractors were 100% professionals who did a great job. We were updated daily on the project status and updated as to when members of the renovation team would be on site at our home. Now that our project is completed, our new kitchen looks spectacular. We are very happy with how the project turns out. We give Dan and his Island Homecraft team our full recommendation and would definitely hire Dan and his team to handle our future home renovation needs.

From initial meeting to final completion, Dan, Steve, Keith and subs contracted by Island Homecraft were true professionals, respectful to my family and my home. Work was impeccable and in accordance with drawings and specifications. Milestone payments were uncomplicated and only requested after agreed to scope and phases were complete per contract. Minimal punchlist, completed in timely manner. Contractor went above and beyond to minimize change orders to bring project to completion within budget, and really helped us out with unforeseen field conditions. Schedule was maintained and Island Homecraft sequenced work to accommodate long lead items by others. Can not say enough about how refreshing it was to work and collaborate with Dan and his team.

We came up with a plan, and after working back and forth we came up with something we were all very satisfied with. To complete the plan, we had many subcontractors come in to do the specialty aspects. Every subcontractor we had knew exactly what Dan wanted and they were very good. It was a 7.5 week project, and we were very happy.

My wife and i decided to remodel our kitchen and started our search for a contractor on some of the home improvement websites. Our search lead us to Dan Bolger of Island Home Craft. What first struck me as different during my initial call with Dan, was he wasn't just concerned with winning our business, he wanted to educate us on what to look for in any contractor we hired. We interviewed a few contractors and Island Home Craft kept outshining them all. As Dan had said in our first conversation, he wasn't going to be the most expensive or the cheapest, but the work would be of the highest quality. We hired Dan and met his carpenter Keith, who is one of the most impressive carpenters i have even met. From framing, to finish work, this man was a craftsman. His tile man Rubin, is amazing. The entire crew was professional, courteous and friendly. They kept the work area and house as clean as they could throughout the job.
