He came to my house on time and explained exactly what he would need to do to fix my clogged toilet and how much it would cost. He also noticed some additional problems which I wasn't aware of and he gave me a quote for repairing those other issues. I hired him to do the entire job because he was so knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He did an amazing job. My toilet is running like a brand new toilet! "I've never had a contractor work so hard and fast. Monday was a complete gut job. Tuesday was electric, plumbing, insulation and needed carpentry. Wednesday was sheetrock plus wallboard in the shower. Thursday was tile in the shower and spackle. Friday was tile floor finish sanding. Saturday was painting. Monday was installing of toilet, vanity, closet and finish trim. Done, beautiful twenty seven gold stars."

"I can't find the words to adequately state just how satisfied we were with this significant job. From start to finish John and his crew, Paul and Mike, were absolutely fantastic. They listened to all our concerns and went above and beyond what was called for. During the installation an exterior water pipe was hit that was unknown to us as well as John. John stopped the installation and fixed the broken pipe that was now leaking in the basement. This clearly was not his fault or his responsibility and I was more than pleased to not have to call a plumber! Obviously damage to landscape with this type of work is to be expected, however when all was complete it was clear that John minimized the upheaval to our yard. I would HIGHLY recommend John to anyone in need of a new cesspool system. My only regret is that John's buisness is limited to cesspools as he is the type of individual and buisnessman I would love to use for all of my home repairs!
