This goes from price and the quality of the product they are trying to sell. What he said to me made sense after I had already done research about the different types of fences. This time around the new fence we were having installed was on an area of my property that never had a fence before. To avoid problems with my Neighbor I hired a licensed surveyor to identify the property line. Well that went over like a lead balloon and my neighbor had fit.
