"It was a plowing service. He collected all up front and fails to show up to plow our business where we have patients with foot issues who have trouble walking as it is without the snow. This has happed 2/3 snow falls we've already had. We had to call an emergency plow. Twice. He's horribly organized. He seems to care, but not enough to be consistent. Something is amiss. Beware using any of his services. "
