Brad and Ben are a fantastic team!! They return calls and arrive when they say they will be there. Very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations for our deck. Clean up after the project was great. We love our deck and will hire them again for any project we have in the future!!

Good work and timely

Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. Itâ s great to know that there is someone out there who cares and treated my home with care and exemplary customer service.

Benchmark did an excellent job cleaning and re-sealing our deck. In addition, they did some other repair work, including figuring out how to fix an odd curb/step that had been a trip hazard. They arrived on time or even early, completing everything we had talked about during the estimate in a short amount of time due to their good work ethic.

Tear off and replace 200 sq of Fiber Cement siding all over a brand new roof. Install Z flashing and PVC trim board. Professional and knows hard siding ( very few do), Great workmanship, On time, Great crew, Done faster than I dreamed possible, Nice clean up Job even in the rain. And most important new roof was not damaged a bit which was very important to me. I intend to do business with Brad again.
