JMT construction was the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them. From the quote process which was short, sweet and to the point. It only took about 20 minutes for the quote and Jim explained everything. Other quotes we got from national brands took 2+ hours and were not as informative. The quote was very reasonable and was so much cheaper than other companies for the same windows!! Jim explained everything and was extremely diligent with communication. He would always notify us when he was on his way and when he was done for the day and what the next step was. He answered all my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly, in a professional manner, and they did a great job of cleaning up the mess from the job. Jim also refused to install two of the windows because he did not like how they opened and closed. Most contractors would have just thrown them in and left the problem with the home owner. Jim did not. He ordered new windows and put them in as soon as they arrived, at no additional cost or inconvenience. Jim also took the time to show me some water damage he discovered during demolition. Most contractors would not have said anything because it had nothing to do with the windows but instead was because of missing gutters. Jim offered to repair the damage at an amazing price and it was done to perfection. I would hire JMT to do work on any of my properties.

You know that saying "you think hiring a good contractor is expensive, try hiring a bad one?" This is the epitome of a bad company. The owner is as dishonest as they come and the quality of work is atrocious. I tried to be understanding of the song and dance I was given but I can't let another person fall victim of this crook. He's actively advertising and I'm baffled. Beware and look elsewhere!

Jim was able to fit me in which was a life saver and was in and out quickly with fair pricing and I’ll have more projects for him in the future!

JMT Construction of CNY, under the leadership of Jim, delivered exceptional service when installing ice breaks and fixing a problematic gutter caused by a previous installer's poor work. The fix is much stronger and should last a couple decades. Jim's professionalism, punctuality, and thorough approach were evident throughout the process, making the experience positive and reassuring.
