DiMartino Construction was completing work on our neighbors house and because we were impressed with the work they were doing we asked for an estimate to replace our unstable porch. They met with us to hear our ideas, offer their expertise and then quickly presented an estimate that took into account what we envisioned and was very fairly priced. They completed the take down of the old porch, build of the new the porch and cleaned the site within 3 days! The porch is beautiful and exceeds our expectations. The DiMartino staff were friendly, respectful and VERY good to work with. We're already talking about what job we want them to do next!

The deck is spacious for grilling and easy to maintain. A great match of blue to our existing 40 year old siding. The updated shutters refreshed the front of our home. The additional fencing on the side of the house hides the air conditioner with a finished look. I would highly recommend your company to anyone putting on an addition, deck or any construction work. Although weather played a factor in the start date we could not be more happy with the finished look. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently. The crew was friendly and considerate answered all our questions. They informed us of underneath damage they found and fixed it. When there was decisions to be made they asked what we wanted and gave us their opinions when we asked. They were meticulous in the quality of their work. The estimate I got from John was the best and he had done some smaller jobs for me in the past so I was familiar with his work. The crew showed up every day and worked hard. They were all friendly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed on the spot. The job seemed to move along at a good pace. Once the job was finished, John even said that he would come back and replace the lamp post top and light fixture out front since I hadn't thought to buy new ones ahead of time. True to his word, he came back a week later and completed that for me. It looks like I have a new house and the neighbors have all stated how great they think it looks!
