"Excellent workmanship and communications. Ours was a relatively small job for them ($700). But, in a way, I believe a small job says something important about a business that often does jobs that cost thousands of dollars. The office communications in setting up the job were very responsive. The two craftsmen that worked on the job were communicative in what they were doing, and worked in a very professional manner. After completion of the work there was a little mix-up in processing the invoice; however, that was resolved with integrity by the office and field representative working together. I would contract with Graves Brothers again; in fact have scheduled another project for them to replace two attic windows and install a large fan in one of the attic windows."

"I used D&H to replace all interior doors, closets included. They were fast to respond with a phone call and follow up quote, which was much lower than competitive local contractors. They hit the ground running and were conscientious of the quality of their work which I am very satisfied with. They always arrived on time, and their work was completed quickly and efficiently with no stopping for long chit chats as typical with many. They use drop cloths and handle all cleanups. They were very professional and I was more than comfortable having them in my home. I plan to use them in the future."
