Kieran surveyed the property and knew exactly what he needed to get for the job. Once all the windows had arrived to the manufacturer, Kieran collected and delivered them. Being an apartment building, scheduling needed to be worked out with tenants. Once arranged with all tenants, Kieran and his crew were on-time, courteous and diligent in their work. They cleaned up after every window and rehung all the blinds. Only for the new windows a person would not know McGrath Carpentry were even in the building. Prices are very fair. I would not hesitate recommending Kieran and McGrath Carpentry for any job. Very happy with my new windows."

It could have been completed more timely, but honestly, the plaster took time to dry between coats. He painted our whole ceiling after repairing it. He also repaired cat scratches and chipped plaster. by our backdoor & repainted that whole wall. We have an old house and it needs work. He was very good."

He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."
