Instead of just pushing to have parts replaced, he laid it out what pros & cons of each method throughly. He tried to help me understand the whole system so I can look out for failing signs to look out in the future. He did excellent Job doing the repair. He even took my call in the evening hours when I had a follow up question. His fee was very reasonable and I cannot be happier with the service.
