Delsea Termite & Pest ControlWe called to have an insect activity inspected, and a gentleman named Mark came by. It was found to be a carpenter bee, not a termite, to our relief. Mark explained in detail how to treat it and said it's a job that can be done by the owner if you're handy. I appreciate his honest recommendation and coming over for the inspection. Initially, we made the mistake of going with a large national company to treat a termite infestation, and the first guys completely missed the fact that termites had infested a crawl space beneath our house. So termites continued to eat our home for a year from when the first company serviced us, due to their ineptitude. When Ralph from Suburban Pest Control took over, he and his staff immediately identified the source of the problem, treated it aggressively, and kept us informed every step of the way. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of expensive and completely unnecessary stuff like the previous company did. And they are here in a timely manner every month to check the above ground baits. We really trust them, and feel like they have our best interests at heart, which is not easy to come by with service providers. So I had these pesky devil bugs for about 1 yr before I met Sal. I don't even know how to begin how depressed I was, how sad and frustrated I was. The feeling of wanting to burn everything I own. Before sal I had professional help, they came several times but the bugs would not stop. I was over it, then I decided to look at Angie's List because clearly looking this up by myself wasn't working. I spoke to a few people but there was something in Sal's voice that made me so calm. Its the calmest I had ever felt in months. He was confident with his words, I guess that comes from yrs of experience. He made me feel so at ease, and that I would be able to get rid of these things once and for all. The person that came to the house was equally calming and professional. They took car of my problem. I cried thinking about how long and how much money I spent before. My heart would sink whenever I saw a bite on my baby again and again. I really believed that I had to move in order to get away from them. If I can have success with them I think everyone will. One regret I have is that I didn't find him earlier.
